"My family chose this cabin style place for our annual family vacation to visit Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains. When we opened the front door, we were aww at how beautiful this place is. It was very comfortable, decorated nicely, and clean. We ate breakfast each morning on the deck which was so nice. We were very pleasantly surprised that all 4 of us had our own bed to sleep in! Plus all the beds were very comfortable! And each night we enjoyed the warm jacuzzi with a beautiful overview...

"Exceptionally clean and well-maintained, excellent location, nice, quiet community, conveniently located to area attractions but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. The house is full of tiny black bears everywhere, and my toddler loved trying to find them all. The kitchen is surprisingly well-stocked with nice utensils. Owner was very accommodating with questions. Beds were super comfy, hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend for small families :)"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The dock was super nice we did a lot of fishing from there. The cabin is small but it the perfect size for two people. The location is far enough from town but easy to get to. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The only negative I would say was when we turned on the hot water there was a smell. I’m not sure if this normal or if it was in the original listing. We just took cold showers. Overall we would love to stay again."

"Many issues stated in previous reviews are unresolved. Smoke alarms are missing, expired fire extinguisher, poor quality cookware, substandard furniture. The bunk bed in the basement is unusable for two people because it is not sturdy. The gas grill caught on fire because of all the residual grease and the grease tray ended up dropping out of the grill due to its poor condition. The property manager offered to bring us a new grill so hopefully the next guests won’t have this issue. Numerous...

"The Dawg Pound was great! Very clean and comfortable, the steps to the second level of the house was a little steep, a little hard to access if you have any knee or hip problems. Other than that, it was great!"
