The hotel was modern and nice, not the most central location, depending on what you have to do in New York City, but offered a nice view of the Brooklyn Sunset Park neighborhood, central location to public transportation, great food, and great community! Loved it!"

"I’m big on customer service, so I do want to share one piece of feedback. Upon arrival, there was a bell attendant on his phone who did not offer to help, even as my daughter and I struggled to carry our bags up the stairs. That was the only downside of our stay. Otherwise, everything from start to finish was excellent.
