La capacidad de la casa en relación a camas es de 10 personas, pero nosotros éramos 6 con comida y bebida suficiente para pasar 4 días, y el frigorífico no enfriaba (creaba hielo y el congelador goteaba - cosas que indican que no funciona bien). Además, el botellero de fuera tampoco enfriaba nada. "Erst als wir hier gebucht hatten sahen wir auf der Website von Novasol die sehr schlechte Bewertung eines Gastes aus Juli 2023. Wir versuchten, mit Novasol Kontakt aufzunehmen um darum zu bitten, das Haus zu richten. Zunächst hieß es, das Objekt wäre nicht bekannt, später bekamen wir die Buchungsbestätigung. Im Chat mit Novasol wurde uns geraten, mit der Dame, die die Schlüssel verwaltet, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das erschien uns sehr unpassend, zumal diese auf eine Anfrage per E-Mail auch nicht...
