"We had such an amazing holiday at Cuvat. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, we were greeted very kindly and the communications with the owner Mr. Albracht and housekeeper Mr. Dupont was very clear. "This property was excellent and had everything we needed & more. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything. The pool and outside area was clean and spacious. We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy. Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here."

"We were a group of 15 people feom germany. The house was very big and we got many toys dor the kids. The big pool was awsome. In the house we found all things we need and much more. In the room with the kicker ans billard table we played every evening. In 20 to 30min we were in Genf and some supermarket were 10min away. The house was perfect for our holidays."

"Quite simply, this beautiful villa, with it’s breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Annecy is a little piece of paradise. . The owner, Jean-Pierre, was a charming and wonderful host, looking after our every need. Communication was excellent, the villa was in a great location and was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend. "

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

"Good hotel near river. Friendly staff. Quiet. Safe building. We had balcony but hotel is too short to see river. Kitchenware plenty. Large fridge. Tv had many channels with 6 main languages each. Fr, It, Eng, Ge, Sp and Arab. Would definitely go back. Bathroom is smallish but fine. Sadly there's a legal red light district 4 blocks away otherwise it would be perfect."

"Property parking was not convenient and instructions for.parking were not clear. Instructions for HVAC system and television were also difficult to discern and required staff assistance. Americans use ice in their drinks and it was NOT AVAILABLE. The bartender did not want to provide more than a cupfull. WE ARE USED TO ICE BUCKETS"
