"On arrival, the check-in staff were not very friendly and did not guide us correctly to our rooms. We felt we were not as well treated as we could have been, and felt somewhat disappointed with our check-in service. The room we were allocated had a sea view and a balcony. Unfortunately, there was construction right outside our room, obstructing some of the sea view and it was noisy from 7 am in the morning. We did receive appropriate compensation, but felt it best to give an honest review, as it did spoil our enjoyment. On our last day, we were not able to get a late check-out, although our flight was at 9 pm, because of a large delegation arriving for a conference. As a result, they did allow us use of the facilities, but we were unable to use the outside pool, or part of the outside bar area as a result, which would have been frustrating for guests arriving on the same day paying the full rate as everyone else. On check-out, they charged a credit card I had clearly asked not to be used - and had to subsequently ask for this to be refunded. I was then charged a fee by my credit card company and made a loss as a result. I was unhappy as Radisson is a good chain of hotels, and I am a member too, and usually I have never had any such issues before."

"Lovely place to stay. The only issue we had was the bed frame. The frame at the foot of the bed had a wire loop sticking out (part of the decorative structure) at thigh level which I accidentally walked into because the space between the wall and side of bed was a bit on the tight side. Still have a bruise one week later."

"Very good hotel! Clean,pleasant staff and helpful. Only one little let down was clearing away of plates from tables at breakfast time,but this is hard to manage due to how many guests arrive and depart at any set time! Wouldn't hurt the restaurant manger's to roll there sleeves up and help out in a situation like this"

"We had great weather. We were close to a lot of different things to explore. Being right by the bus stop was very helpful. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was awesome."
