"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. "After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. "Even before arrival I was greeted with incredible service. There is a link by check in times that advises last check in is 9pm which I didn’t see. By 9pm I was still 2 hours away and they waited to accommodate me and then was there early again for breakfast. Which was very high standard. Excellent and committed customer service from a family run business and for a price a 3rd of other hotels around Liverpool. If you are considering this hotel, then my advice is go ahead and book it. "Excellent stay"

"Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."

"Was excellent for the location (two blocks from Anfield and right across the street from the Sandon.) However, the house WiFi does not work in unit #6, so that was a bit of a disappointment, although not a disaster."

"The new owners have only been there since March 2024 so any previous reviews are for others and not relevant. Customer service was second to none and couldn't have been better. Very accommodating to dietary requirements. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Lovely atmosphere. Decor is a little tired in places but easily remedied. Shower pressure in my room was very low but others in our group were happy with theirs."
