"We had a lovely time in Polperro and the house is exactly as pictured - gorgeous harbour views! Immaculately clean, comfy beds, great shower and all you could need in the kitchen. Very easy to check in and Jonathan is excellent to communicate with. "

"After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! There was even a lovely thoughtful welcome pack. Would highly recommend and the area is stunning too"

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing and tranquil. My only complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed was. New mattresses are definitely needed as felt like I sleeping on springs. "The cottage is set on a small private road with stunning views of the Devon countryside and Dartmoor. It has a lovely garden with lots of birds visiting it. The house is very spacious for a couple and suits a family. All local facilities are a drive away to Ivybridge although you could walk it in about 20 minutes along the road. We loved walking out from the house on to the moors. It is peaceful with some minor noises from railway and Devon Express way. The house was very clean and tidy....

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
