"We have been given two unacceptable rooms. The first room had a terrible smell, stained and dirty sheets, and a disgusting bathroom. We requested another room, but the second room also had a dirty shower and uncomfortable, dirty-feeling pillows. Most seriously, we found a rat in the second room. When we contacted the front desk, the staff was rude, told us there was nothing they could do about the rat, and hung up on us."
