"We booked Oak Cottage as it had a great location. It was very peaceful there but also gave easy access to places to eat and shops. The cottage was well equipped and the kitchen wanted for nothing.Inside the cottage was spacious and well furnished. Plenty of comfy beds in the three bedrooms.Even outside the patio had comfy sofas to sit out in the evening.We intend to go back soon Would recommend this cottage to anyone who likes a peaceful location with easy access to all the amenities that...

"The cottage was cosy, ideal for the 2 of us for 3 nights. Not a huge fan of Saxmundham, but loved Suffolk. Visited Orford, Rendlesham Forest, Aldeburgh - beautiful places."

"Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right."

"A nice little house. Behind the drawers it was very dirty. We stayed there for 2 weeks and there was only toilet roll. No spare bin bags. They never change the towes. "

"I couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough - it's beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The location is perfect for beach strolls, wandering to lovely local pubs and it's a short walk into Lowestoft. The welcome basket was a really lovely touch too. We will definitely return!"
