"We were delighted to be upgraded to an Executive Double which was spacious, comfortable and well provided for sockets. Wi-fi was very good. All staff we met were professional, polite and keen to ensure guests needs were met. The only issue we raised at check out was one we have raised before with Apex Hotels. We totally agree with minimising need for daily towel changes but there is nowhere to hang used towels after use! There was easily wall space for such a rail so this is disappointing. Also, again in the bathroom, the hooks on the back of door were way too high for me and I am an average height woman. These are minor practicalities but could maybe be fed back to your design team."

"The location to the Airport is great, either a walk if you feel like it, or a free shuttle bus. The staff are good and helpful, the room was clean and big enough. The restaurant food was... ok, it was well presented, cooked well, however it was VERY salty. far too much salt that instead of enhancing the taste it overtook it."

"Room was clean, some black mold on the doorframe in the bathroom. Only first 4 hours of parking was free. Cleaning staff were quite friendly, Check in staff seemed quite young and could have been a bit more professional. Was a great location to the airport, walkable with luggage."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was plenty and it was easy to find a spot, with a voucher for cheaper parking provided by desk check in staff member David- food in restaurant and morning breakfast buffet was good with many options- they were efficient and friendly and helpful"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good (choice, portions, and taste). We found the options of rolls with drinks at breakfast a great cost effective option for those with smaller appetites and the kids. Plenty of parking. I think it could be useful to include a breakfast menu card in the room as that would allow guests to recognise the options and value available. Very nice area with large park area next to the hotel. We were in one of the annex rooms on the upper floor so cannot judge the main hotel rooms. Our room was a little dated and could do with some tlc but the view was very nice. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The water bottles, and tea, coffee etc are a lovely touch and very useful. Room and dining area were lovely and warm - felt very welcoming. The sound proofing in our room could potentially have been an issue but other guests were considerate so not a problem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will return for sure when in the area again. Thank you for welcoming us."
