"All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, free parking right in front of the door. No climbing stairs necessary. You have an elevator. The breakfast was much more than I expected for “continental” breakfast and included in the price. Eggs, cold cuts salad, pastries. The view of roof tops from the breakfast area was nice. The room was quiet and the checkout time of 12:00 was so helpful. A tea kettle was there, but no cups, coffee or tea in the room. One area of the bathroom floor was dirty. The shower stall is quite small. A large person might have trouble fitting through the door of it. The duvet felt/smelled as if too much laundry soap had been used to wash it. Towels were of rough quality. No shower gel in the dispenser in the shower. But small soaps, slippers and toothbrushes provided."
