"The hotel was perfect for our stay in Hvar. It has a very nice pool to lounge for some time but the best part is that the beach is right below and the water is beautiful. The walk to the Old Town is about 10 minutes through a gorgeous promenade. The hotel picked up our bags from the ferry port so no need to carry them. The breakfast was very varied and generous. If I go back to Hvar I would not doubt staying here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at hotel Fortuna in May. Great family owned hotel, nice property. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice patio overlooking the water. A little far from town, but hotel was always ready to drive us and pick up when needed. Lovely family owned hotel!!"

"We cannot say enough great things about this hotel. We booked after reading several reviews about the amazing service, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were some of the best we had in hvar. We found ourselves not wanting to leave so we could spend more time with Nikola and Sara who worked bar and restaurant. Two of the best we have ever experienced! We will be back!"

"Thank you so much to Andro who went above and beyond! Despite the apartments being a bit away from the main part of Hvar, Andro collected us from the town after we arrived by ferry and also dropped our luggage back down to us in the town for getting a bus to Jelsa. Also gave us lots of tips and recommendations for the area. If you plan on sea kayaking out to the islands, the sailing club they leave from is just down the hill from Komazin. Also 2 supermarkets and restaurants close by which were really good and cheaper than those in the town. Nice stroll along the watersedge into town although may be a bit long for some (c20/25 minute walk). Also a lovely quieter cove/beach over the back of the apartments (c5 minute walk). Apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need"

"Wow! This was the perfect hotel, in my opinion, in Hvar. I spent hours researching and looking over reviews and I’m so pleased I stayed here. The service was top notch from the minute we arrived at the port. Every staff member was friendly, kind, professional, and attentive (shout out to Marino & Vuk, they were always a pleasure to see around the hotel working diligently). The breakfast was great, the views from the rooms were stunning, and I just can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location was excellent - just a quick walk to the port, but away from the loud clubs, restaurants, and main area of foot traffic. I would highly recommend to everyone and would stay here again in a heart beat. Absolutely worth it! "

"This might have been the nicest hotel I ever stayed in. The room is exceptional. Every detail. Even the hairdryer was amazing. Front desk woman was the most accommodating and sweet person. The nightlife is lively and we found it a bit hard to get to sleep one night (wedding at another venue so nothing to do but be patient). Thermostat went to 20 degrees, would have loved just a bit colder for sleep. But if these are the only wrong things, I’ll happily come back and experience them all again! "
