Upstairs, you'll find the luxurious Master Suite complete with an exquisite bath featuring a walk-in shower and a soothing jetted tub. Also on this level are a half bath and a convenient laundry area for guests. Downstairs, two inviting guest bedrooms share a well-appointed hall bath. With its chic furnishings and tasteful decor, this elegant home has quickly become a standout in our property collection.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Early check-in requests may be approved based on availability.
During holidays, check-in may be as late as 6:00 PM, and early check-in will not be available.


CHRISTMAS POLICY:
Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1.
New reservations cannot create single-night gaps.
No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

The property was in a wonderful location - centrally located to all of the activities we were interested in. Great floor plan with plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed the back porch and the shuffleboard game. Every day we were joined by elk, deer and even wild horses!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, very spacious, nice back porch to sit on & enjoy the beautiful views. The house was well equipped, lots of towels. Gated neighborhood, saw lots of wildlife in area & near property. House was very clean, will definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Ruidoso for a family memorial service. The house was very clean, nice neighborhood, and access was easy. The house is furnished well and had all conveniences. Unfortunately, the second day of trip we had to evacuate due to fire in the village. The host was great especially with the extreme circumstances and is refunding the days we could not stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous! Cozy and comfortable. Loved the landscaping. Very safe feeling about the neighborhood. The view from the kitchen was breathtaking. Fireplace wouldn’t start but maintenance came over right away to resolve that issue. Then the issue with the lock and the key which I’m sure will be resolved. It didn’t distract us enough to lower the 5 star rating we gave the experience.

love the place, view and the neighborhood. very well stocked with everything we needed we had trouble working the thermostat to adjust heat/air, your team member came out and assisted us and was very helpful

The house was a great layout and fully equipped with anything we could have needed plus extra! Check-in was a bit chaotic and could have been streamlined. We had questions for the property manager after arriving and when we called her voicemail box was full and our call was not returned. We also called the two numbers listed on our welcome packet with no response and sent a text….with no response. Overall, the property was beautiful and the location/neighborhood was great and we would stay here again.
