Great aparment

Everything was excellent with the exception of 2 things. I wish we had a phone number to contact the host, however they always responded to the VRBO app messenger within 5-10 minutes. The second thing was that there was no WiFi. They have smart TVs but with no internet there is no way to use them. We will definitely stay here again. Great location, great value, and the listing was accurate.

Great communication with owner, close to the main road in town, sleeps 4 or 5 comfortably(not 6 as the listing says). Could use a deep cleaning and better AC when it’s hot.

The place was beautiful. Located in a quiet neighborhood,in a beautiful area. The home was spotless upon our arrival. We were there for a softball tournament and it was exactly as pictured. Close to everything we needed and wanted. Would definately stay here again. Only thing we would change would be more linens and more cook ware.

No ac no wifi

So first we couldnt get in the house but the owner sent his number so we face timed and got it opened. While on the phone he tells me hes got an ac that can be turned on but it was not an a/c it was a swamp cooler it did cool down the hall way. Then while still on the phone he mentions no wifi. It would be a fine place its just very very basic. No blow dryer or soap or shampoos the towels were old and scratchy. The sheets were microfiber and old and scrtachy. The pillows had to babe been used alot they were just not comfortable. If you want sometbing basic that is over priced this is your place.

Don't touch! & No wifi

Don't touch anything hanging! We tried to connect a gaming console to the living room t.v & it fell, mount and all. Of course it wasn't installed properly. The screws were too short to reach the studs. This happened about an hour after arriving, I let the host know right away, sent pictures and video. Anyway, he let me know that i was responsible for the damages & gave me the option to get my own quote for costs. I let him know i thought it was unfair, due to the improper installation of the t.v & reminded him that i was in town for the night & i didnt think I'd be able to get a quote on a Sunday. He then let me know that he was going to have a repairman there the next morning at 8 a.m.Next morning the repairman looks over the damage & confirms it wasnt installed correctly. He mentioned he spoke to the host the night before & discussed the charge before either of them saw the damage in person. Anyway, i contact Vrbo, Vrbo agreed with me, it was an accident and it could have been prevented if the mount was installed correctly. Eventually the host agreed to split costs. There was a light fixture in the kitchen with wires exposed.The couch was also reinforced with a large piece of wood. The hosts behavior is what upset me the most. From the beginning he acted like we intentionally damaged the home. He interrupted our sleep to have someone there so early,on a travel day, & the repairman didn't even stay to make the repairs.
