Winter escape
We had a comfortable stay in the condo. It is decorated in a cute bird theme. It was clean and had all the needed essentials. Loved playing games and sitting on the patio watching the elk. The only con for us was not enough toilet paper to last through our stay.

Lots of wildlife, close to town.
Condo is close to town, but far enough away that you encounter an elk herd and wild horses. In fact, the elk herd grazes within feet of the back porch every morning. We had a nice, relaxing stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Condo was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely reccomend!

This condo was a great choice. It had a well- equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We were close to town for restaurants and shopping, along with various golf courses in the area. The back deck was a great place to read and looking at wildlife.

This condo was close to all the towns attractions. The beds were comfortable and all was clean. But the bast part was sitting on the back deck each mor i g and evening and watching the elk and deer! Hope to stay there again!

Loved this property! It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Great bed and pillows. Great towels and water pressure. It's a smaller condo, but perfect for a couple or small family. We really enjoyed our stay during the Ruidoso motorcycle rally.

We had an adult only getaway. The condo was nice and clean. Communication with our host was great. The view from the back porch was amazing, we enjoyed watching elk graze on the golf course almost every night. I would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful!
The condo was beautifully appointed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. Prepared and stocked with exceptional care and consideration, down to every last detail! We felt instantly at home, and would most definitely love to return! The location is fantastic. Quiet, private, gorgeous views from the back porch, and literally minutes from downtown. If I could rate our stay higher than 5 stars I would!
