"We liked pretty much everything :) the hotel is clean, rooms are specious, the pool area is really nice! The food was good, the staff was nice, friendly and professional. We would definitely come back!"

"After checking in, we were shocked by the bad smell of toilet in the room. The whole room smelled like washroom; it was unbearable to stay. The room looked very old including the carpet in front of the toilet and shower. The room did not have a balcony either. We knew we could not stay there and checked out immediately due to the intense smell. We had to call the manager and explained the situation and were told that we needed to contact Expedia for the refund. The manager claimed he never heard from Expedia and Expedia said the manager never responded, this went on for weeks. So never got the refund. Terrible experience."
