"Great hotel next to NEC you couldn’t be closer however nearest parking is 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the breakfast was good. Staff super helpful and slept well. Only concern was drain smell in bathroom which we reported"

"We usually would have no complaints here as the parking charge is reasonable, staff are friendly, and breakfast is included which is a bonus. On this occasion we were in room 214. There was an awful whistling noise from the windows every time the wind blew. It was a windy 24 hours and this kept me awake most of the night. Colleagues were welcoming on arrival but not really interested when this issue was raised at checkout. It would have been too late to move us at 2am so I realise I gave them no chance to sort the issue in the moment but some sort of voucher would have been a nice touch"
