"The hotel was lovely and staff were helpful. Was very busy as there was a trade fayre. Just one thing there was a loose tile in the bathroom which could be potentially dangerous"

"Enjoyed a one night stay. Lovely, smart welcoming staff at the front desk. Easy walk to city centre and all things Richard 111! Large room with everything you need for one night. Parking was a bit tricky but we eventually sussed it and paid £10 for 24hours which we though reasonable for a city. I’d recommend this Novotel quite happily."

"Very welcoming reception staff, small problem sorted very quickly. Clean and tidy hotel, bit tired in parts but generally good. Pool was a huge bonus. Breakfast was particularly good. Housekeeping staff all lovely."

"Excellent stay. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a superior room whuch was spotless, with a well stocked complimentary mini bar, iron & ironing board, robes & slippers. The only thing I would say is that we found the pillows uncomfortable, and it could probably do with hooks on the bathroom door to hang robes. I am not taking any stars off for this though, as this was personal choice, and everything else was perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast, with the option of al a carte items too."

"Staff were very pleasant Room was lovely with a long window that could be opened - much appreciated Only downfall was the hotel was having issues with the lifts … and a long queue for the bar/ food after a show - could have put more staff on, but the staff were very pleasant"
