"Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

Make sure you arrive in good time to check in early, and double-check what the morning process is for leaving - main pub remained locked and egress was through the rear fire escape - noone in sight so left key in room.
