"I had to clean the room myself, and bedding were offered to be changed only once in the week. Water in the bathroom strangely stopped and led to usage of a bucket instead. Insects were found in the bathroom and the manager explained it was because he has put a pesticide, so it was normal. All this in top of paying the bill for hydro used in the room (information provided after the room is rented and this is non refundable. The area is so unsafe, people stay inside after sunset by fear of being...

"Nous étions 3 couples et 3 enfants (2 ans et 4 ans) et la maison était vraiment parfaite pour nous. L'emplacement est sensationnel, la plage n'est quasiment pas fréquentée, la vue est incroyable. Quelques paillotes se trouvent un peu plus loin sur la plage pour profiter des cocktails et des poissons grillés. Maha a été d'une grande aide et Ira sur place nous a épaulé sur beaucoup de sujets (trouver un taxi, faire des courses, nous conseiller des activités,...). Nous recommandons les yeux fermés...

"I was due to spend 2 weeks with my Gambian partner but due to unfortunate circumstances she was not able to come. The language was slightly difficult as I do not speak French or wolof, but the friendliness of the local people made sure I had a great time. "

"The house was under construction, and the manager told me it was live on internet by mistake. But was it really? He said he hasn’t received the payment and thus couldn’t make a refund. I had to clean the bathroom my self (buying bleach at grocery store) as it was beyond bearable. "We arrived about 8hrs later than planned due to over booking, however the staff was there to help us download the bags and help us to our rooms quickly. A light breakfast was provided in the morning and the staff on the 6th floor were so accommodating, I have a 2yr old that slept thru breakfast so I was collecting breakfast for him. Might I say the croissants were amazing, I ended getting up for breakfast every morning to eat 2 of them. We ventured up to the 7th floor and again the staff was so nice. Our rooms were clean, the ac was great and the beds were comfy. Excellent choice of hotels "
