Food choices could be improved on: avoid canned fruits, use fresh fruit for yoghurt etc. Improve selection of cheeses and meet ( too much charcuterie- use ham and fish) Selection of hot items are particularly unhealthy ( saussages, beans, even scambled eggs out of the tube….; offer baked tomatoes, soft boiled eggs, baked mushrooms…)"

"Wonderful new hotel with cozy rooms, great views, and very tasteful interior and exterior design. We had dinner in their restaurant and the food was remarkably good, topped only by extremely attentive and swift service. My husband used the gym, which is on the smaller side but brand new, Rooms are quiet, mattress was excellent and firm - we slept very well. Overall a superb hotel in the hills above the Rhine. Highly recommend!"
