10/10 Excellent

"Great option for an overnight stay before a flight. It's walking distance from the train station and the airport (and we had 3 kids with us). The airport shuttle is also an option if mobility is an issue but you do have to pay extra for it, and honestly, it might be quicker to walk. Good sized rooms and delicious dining options. There was a good selection for dinner and a buffet option for kids with lots of kid-friendly choices. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it was excellent as well, with a huge variety of options. There was a play area off the dining area suitable for young children/toddlers, plus a ping pong table for older kids/teens."

"Hotel was very clean and quiet. This was fantastic as it was next to a busy road but it was almost silent! The air conditioning worked really well on a very hot day and the staff were really nice. Bed was comfortable room a good size. Had a bit of trouble getting served at the bar and we were ignored for a while being at the side but they were apologetic for this. Breakfast was typical for a buffet but the coffee wasn't great. Parking was a bit tricky to find (could do with a sign on the main road) but there was plenty of space - (don't forget to pay on arrival and put your registration into the tablet). Will definitely stay again next time we visit our friends."

"The welcome at reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size and dog friendly. Hotel is like a rabbit warren but well sign posted. Comfortable bed and efficient shower, decor was a bit tired and the lift was an old style metal gate which relied on other customers closing the gate after use so others could use it. Breakfast was served in a light and roomy restaurant, however as we had our dog with us we had to sit in the bar ( this was being repaired with scaffolding and noisy by us so disappointing experience)"

"The room was lovely and spacious, wonderful shower and nice and clean. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, very quiet residential area. The bed was super comfy, so nice to have air con to regulate temperature in the heat. The breakfast was included with the room stay- it was pretty basic and seemed a bit disorganised. I wouldn't pay for it separately."

"Lots of random staircases where it is easy to get lost as the signs aren't very clear and the lift didn't work that went to the floor I was on. Room was nice, large fan in the wardrobe which was lovely for the hot nights. Room was generally quiet but right above the wedding venue garden so music was quite loud till quiet late. Bed was comfortable and towels cosy. Breakfast had a lot to choose from and even though it was very busy, items were topped up and replaced before they ran out and a good selection of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds have beautiful views. Lovely luxury treat."
