"Nice hotel. Great location, excellent staff, clean room. Loved the huge hot tub and coffee and doughnuts in the morning. Room is outdated and bathroom is tiny but that is to be expected in a historic hotel. Would stay again. "

"Everything was quality. Cleanliness, updated rooms, service. There was a golf cart driver to run you up for breakfast. It was close to the lake AND close to the dock to Mackinaw, a block or two and very walkable. You could even walk to downtown if you'd like. Of curse, right on the lake with a huge hotel shoreline. Buy some lunch and use a picnic table to take it all in. "
