"My original reservation got canceled 15 minutes before we arrived because I did not receive the message they sent through expedia until I got there. Why would they try to charge my card before I arrived? It was declined because it had expired and I had received my new card just a few weeks ago.
The elevator doors didn't stay open long enough for even two people to get through let alone the 5 in my group."
