"There was an issue with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the customer service we received. The building itself is a bit dated but the price is great for what you get and it’s in a nice area close to a lot of shops and restaurants in town."

"Very clean and nice rooms. Stayed 10 days and my bed was made up everyday. Trash cans cleaned,and fresh towels everyday! Friendly staff and eager to help."

"The stay was fine but our key kept on disconnecting from the doors that lead us into the building and our room. Thankfully they had someone at front desk throughout the whole night so that was real helpful. Besides that, a wonderful stay! "
