"The property was absolute rundown and the rooms did not have any soap, the sink was broken, no toilet paper holder. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet door could not be closed. The room was too small and dirty. It was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed at and the question is how Hotels.ca has listed this property??!!! Does this platform have any minimum standard for their listed properties?"

The location is perfect, with the lake just a short walk away and a large shopping mall only 10 minutes on foot. Parking is convenient, featuring ample space and EV charging stations, making it ideal for electric vehicle owners. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations in every way.
