"This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. Unfortunately the few perishables we had purchased for the remainder of our stay were spoiled because of this, as we had anticipated a working refrigerator. "This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!"

"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!"

"This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. It's family owned and the sons who work the front desk are the absolute kindest. Would highly recommend.
