"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."

"Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Room was tidy and spacious. Had really good night sleep. Only downside it is a bit out of town, and the train into Gdansk takes about an hour. I would still recommend it."
