The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but is accessible by a modern elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, and a single bed in the charming living room. A private parking space is available at the back of the building. Within 100 meters you can reach stores, cafes and restaurants. Stroll through the pretty town center of Royan and discover the unusual Pont du Diable in Saint-Palais sur Mer. A visit to Planet Exotica Park will delight young and old by immersing you in the world of reptiles. La Palmyre Zoo (15 km) is also worth a visit. Golfers will appreciate the Royan course to improve their swing. This charming vacation home is perfect to relax in the fresh sea air of Charente-Maritime.

Bel appartement, très complet tout pour rendre un séjour agréable. Très bien situé. Une place de parking privée tres appréciable en plein centre. À 2mn du grand marché de Royan et environ 15mn de la plage, tout peu se faire à pieds. Hôtes très agréables. Je recommande sans problème.
