"Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pub staff also, and kindly gave my father no less than 5 different tasters of beers so he could decide what to drink! Lovely quirky interior - looks small from the outside but had lots of different small dining areas inside. Only tiny drawback was the very steep hill up from the rooms furthest away from reception. I hadn't seen it flagged on anything but that may have been because I used a third party site to book online"

The establishment is an older building and with this comes thin walls, outdated fixtures and other bits but overall it was a comfortable stay. The building had a wonderful charm and had a pub on one side that became lively in the evening and yes, cause some noise but being from the city, nothing that would cause me not to be able...

"We enjoyed a lovely 12 night stay at the Dairy. It is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and lovely patio. We had amazing weather and enjoyed many days out cycling and visiting National Trust properties as well as the coast. It’s not walking distance to any amenities really but was very peaceful and a great base for sightseeing in a beautiful part of the country."
