"We were only there one night on business but the hotel was quite nice, rooms very comfortable, great bed and linens, nice restaurant and breakfast buffet. Will stay there again when we return."
"Interior and exterior need a new paint. Toilet amenities a little poor . Fittings in toilet bolts and nuts need tightening .
Got an iron delivered but no ironing board . There were at least 4 tapes around the cable, and wire were exposed and may caused danger ?
For the price, cannot complaint but would pay a little more for that extra comfort. Will not be back unfortunately ."

My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."

"The room wasn't cleaned properly.
The staff was good, they were honest. My brother left his iPad when we checked out. The same evening I received a phone call saying that I might left something in the room. I was impressed. Thank you very much especially for the staff who found it. I will tell my friends about this incidence and surely will go back to stay at Luminor hotel when I'm in Indonesia."
