"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room. "Luxurious hotel and very cool, especially considering 42+ C outside. Very quiet - can barely hear Cathedral's bells. Roof terrace is great. Only slight negative was breakfast, which was a little tired when we arrived midway through service. Would definitely recommend, and will use again."

The hotel is well taken care of and in a great area with a shopping mall nearby and many restaurants. Would totally stay there again and it also close to the train and bus station 10 minute walk. "This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect you can easily explore all the main attractions on foot, and having parking available at the hotel is a huge bonus. One of the details we loved most was the beautiful jasmine scent throughout the hotel, which created such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. There are also several great cafés just steps away, making it easy to grab breakfast or a coffee before heading out for the day. We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The only minor downside is that the streets leading to the hotel are quite narrow, which can make driving there a little challenging. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again."

"The rooms at this hotel are amazing, very clean, love the bathroom which has a separate shower and toilet, staff are very helpful and very nice. The breakfast buffet has alot to chose from. The hotel has an amazing roof top pool and rooftop bar and restaurant. The hotel location is perfect and is walking distance to restaurant and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Lower rooms are very humid so I asked for a room further up. They had one available the next day on the last floor up. It had a slanted roof and slightly dimmer lighting but those were the only real issues I would point out. The window made up for it as I could actually open it to air out the place if necessary. I would recommend a higher budget to stay at this hotel, so as to enjoy one of the better suites, but the truth is that you’ll be spending very little time indoors. There are some rooms with one or two windows and even a few that might have terraces though. There’s certainly plenty to choose from. Overall, it was a safe and comfortable six-day stay. The toiletries were very basic but on hand. Body gel, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and cap. The staff was nice and professional. They did come in and do some minor cleaning everyday, though I don’t think they mopped the floors. They replenished most things without being asked. Though you could just ask if they missed anything. The mini fridge was old and gave out on the second or third day but I placed the call and they quickly had it replaced. I did find that then new one, at least, had some trouble cooling drinks. It could cool water up to a point, but not soda. I think that what most travelers should keep in mind is that older properties are not for everyone. They had ants and smaller bugs around the property, including mosquitoes. I imagine that it’s partly the climate as well. The rest of the city was the same."

"Like - clean and great location. The restaurant directly outside was good. Air con worked well. Dislike - the shower was in need of repairs. The doors were coming off the hinges, the showerhead holder didnt support the head so you had to hold it making showering a challenge. It was a little echoey as its an old building so could be noisy....earplugs recommended."
