"This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

"I've been coming here with my family for years now, usually Christmas weekend and birthday parties. The biggest concern is the kids with parents that don't watch them. There is no staff in the pool area so the kids do way more than they're supposed to and the parents or staff don't say anything."

"Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was vast and plenty options that were close to the door . Breakfast could have definitely been better but it was fresh just needed more options. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Did not see one bug !!"
