"Fantastic location and for a single female travelling solo I felt super safe with the double front doors. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean & I was actually super impressed by the housekeeping service. kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom amenities smell devine, In an ideal world I would love a kettle in my room but aware I am staying in Guest House and not a hotel. I personally found the mattress really hard but cant please everyone with mattresses............... "

"Warm welcome from staff on arrival. As we arrived early, I was able to leave my luggage in storage so that I could explore the city hassle free. After checking in to room later in the day, I noticed the door lock was faulty and raised this with reception. A swift resolution was made with relocation to a new room - hassle free. Modern, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Location of hotel was perfect for us to navigate Brussels. Most popular sight seeing spots you could get to within a 10-15 minute walk, with Gare Central Station being 3 mins from the hotel. Only could stay one night but will definitely return in the future. "My stay at the Alma Grand Place hotel was great. The room had an amazing view of the city. The hotel was central to many places to eat and the best part of the stay was the amazing staff. I had the opportunity to connect with Armel which served as my personal connection to city. He was always willing to help make.my stay confortable and great. Through him (night shift) I learned that other great staff were also supportive of my stay during the day such as Chloe and Sarah and Jennie to name a few. "
