"Very nice and beautiful hotel, all the employees were helpful . Highly recommended"

"Great. Very friendly"

"The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was charming and breakfast was delicious. Enjoying a drink in the evening was a great way to end our day. The staff was not overly helpful."

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Schönes Business Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und grossem Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes Personal.

"Nice hotel with good breakfast. Bed and pillows comfortable. Active staff with a can do attitude. Ixelles sourroundings have many restaurants and a grocery shop near by the hotel."

"AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel."

"The back alley where the hotel is located, seems sketchy but was safe overall. Located close to subway station and 10 min walk to city centre, it’s a good place to stay for budget travellers."

"Hotel was centrally located from all the popular sights. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would consider staying here again in the future."

"Staff are friendly. Rooms are always clean. Lobby is nice for small gatherings and meeting place for friendly visit or business meeting. Bar is excellent."

"Lovely stay, great location, very friendly staff. Beds could be slightly more comfortable."

"Great location. Clean. Overall great hotel. I would recommend."

"The staff is very helpful all of them multilingual."

"Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station. Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!"
