"We loved staying in this home along the nothern part of Placencia Rd away from the cities and crowds with direct access to the sea. Herbert was a fabulous host who was very positive and responsive to all of our inquiries. The home was well-equipped and our 2 young adult children loved having their own floor with their own bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen! The construction next door was loud at times, but not the fault of our host. It looks like they were almost finished. A few men approached us at our private pool and front door to sell things, but were polite when we asked them to leave. We loved having our own pool at the house and the kayaks provided were also very fun to use. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in a convenient location to explore both Placencia and mainland sites."

"The property was a little smaller than we expected, so it was a little less ventilated than we hoped. However, the beachfront was very peaceful and mostly quiet. The location is also very convenient. Whenever we had issues Mirko was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
