"Property needs some refreshing. Door sweeps are missing and broken in many doors. Property needs exterior cleaning and refreshing, looks run down and unkept. Lots of characters walking around the property asking to buy cigarettes for a dollar, clearly some long term residence have made this hotel their home. After 12 nights of travel, this was the least desirable place that we stayed."

"Room was clean ..staff was friendly.. but the area looks dangerous few homless people smoking wee in the parking lot ..too noise"

"The room was dirty upon arrival. I had to clean it myself and had to change the bedding as well. The shower and the toilet were dirty. People in the office were horrible rude."
