"We spended 6 nights there.There was a couple of things it could be better.Wifi was not working at all in the smaller house and both houses needs a litlle renovation.if someone would do a little work on them it will be a beuatyfull place to stay,very quiet and very privat.Swimming pool was very nice clean and big.Garden is huge we had 2 small dogs and they loved it. "Echt privé gelegen woning, je komt hier volledig tot rust. Naar het strand wandelen (Villas Rubin) kost ongeveer 15 a 20 min. Het historisch centrum van Rovinj is een uurtje lopen, maar met de auto ben je er zo. De beheerder Oliver was heel vriendelijk en lostte kleine dingetjes gelijk op. Ook handig: parkeren kan gewoon op het terrein. En de aircos in de slaapkamers en woonkamer/slaapkamer werkte prima! 3 badkamers, echt meer dan voldoende. En ook een wasmachine met wasrek was handig."

"The Villa is much larger than pictures show and perhaps a floor plan would be useful to help describe layout as it is quite unusual with the living space upstairs and essentially a one bed apartment downstairs. Worth having this information if you are visiting with young kids as you will be quite far away from them (two floors) if you need to use all the rooms (although the other three rooms are all next to each other and on one floor). Seuls petits bémols selon la composition des occupants : les chambres en enfilade, et la vaisselle un peu juste pour 8 personnes. L’accueil des hotes est top! "

"A beautiful house with a gorgeous yard for the whole family, plus dogs to play in. Two amazing local restaurants within a two minute walk and the beach about a ten minute walk (or four minute drive if you bring kids). The host was super responsive and you could tell they cared about making our stay one of a kind! Can’t wait to take the family back!"
