Beautiful apartment and really close to down town with a private parking. The place is 3 min walk to downtown. It is situated on the ground floor and it has a kitchen with dining area, living room a terrace, bathroom with washing machine, and 2 bedrooms. 1 with double bed and one with 2 single beds. In front of the building is a supermarket. Bus station, restaurants, coffee bars, down town, about 3-5 min walk.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location in Rovinj, within easy walking distance of the marina and the beautiful old town. It is in a quiet location and very useful to have a parking space.

Ok apartment

Inside, the apartment was surprisingly nice given the exterior is pretty run down. Adding to that, there were no exterior lights so you will need a flashlight to get in at night. The rental company asked for payment via wire transfer which we found sketchy since part of vrbo is secure payment options - we said no and they were fine with that but it left a bad taste for us. All that said, the location was great and the space was decently clean and comfortable. No special touches that make it a must stay - bring your own soap and shampoo in addition to the flashlight.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Ein paar Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Es ist alles da was man braucht.
