Villa Viktori is a comfortable holiday home located in the place Rovinjsko selo, only 7 km from the picturesque Rovinj and 8 km from the beach.

The house was built in 1999, renovated in 2015 and offers the guests a touch of rustic and modern style that will satisfy all tastes. On its own enclosed property of 1000 sqm this house provides to its guests an outdoor swimming pool of 30 sqm, summer kitchen with gas barbecue and sitting furniture, separate toilet, trampoline, sitting furniture in the shadow of grapevine and parking space for 3 cars.



Holiday house for 12 guests with a living area of in total 276 sqm on two floors. On the first floor that is furnished in rustic style, there is an air-conditioned living area with access to the large balcony, equipped kitchen with dining table, three double bedrooms of which two with access to its own balcony, bath/toilet, shower/toilet. On the stairs between the first and second floor there is an Orbitrac Bike on guests' disposal. On the second floor that is furnished with modern furniture there is an air- conditioned living area, equipped kitchen with dining table, three double bedrooms and two shower/toilets. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
