"This is such a gem! Simply a great place, very good and fresh breakfast, spacious clean room and great amenities. The staff are so nice, warm an welcoming. It was our daughter's birthday, and although it was a last minute booking, they have decorated the room and wrote such a heart warming birthday card, and also surprised her with cake and candles! She was so happy. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and we will definitely come back in our next trip!"

"Great location in a nice area of the lower city,with several bars and restaurants nearby. The room was large, spacious and had everything we needed down to milk in the fridge and biscuits,tea etc.Superb. Next morning there was a basket of baked goods hanging on the wall outside our room,a novel way to receive breakfast,but brilliant nonetheless. You could walk to citta alta from the property but it was 38 degrees during our visit so we got the bus up a couple of blocks away from the property."

"Scrupulously clean and well maintained in a great location. Underground parking was a definite bonus in the hot weather. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. I only had 1 meal in the restaurant on an evening which unfortunately was quite disappointing, I was hoping that as a Thai branded hotel the Thai food would be superb, not the case on this occasion."
