So friendly with surprises for us like a room upgrade, a chilled bottle of champagne, a 1/2 bottle of red wine, our large room with a beautiful bathroom, living room with seating, wonderful bed, great restaurant called Sfizio with delicious food and a lovely manager! The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Walking distance to the major sights including the Duomo, Opera, Galleria Vittorio Emanuel’s II, etc. Fantastic! "

A small note of caution: be careful with the parking. The parking facility is not managed by the hotel, and unfortunately, my car was damaged while parked there. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is something to be aware of. The hotel is relatively expensive, but I felt that the value for the money was good.
