"Schwierige Anfahrt, da die Schotterstraße zum Anwesen schon ausgefahren ist und der Nachbar kein Be- und Entladen auf seinem Grundstück zulässt. Zugang zum Haus und zu den Zimmern über unsichere und unbeleuchtete Treppen. Für Kinder wie beschrieben nicht geeignet, da mehrere Absturzmöglichkeiten bestehen.
