"When you arrive and check in, they charge you a $50 "deposit"—which they claim is refundable upon checkout—but even though everything in my room was in perfect order, they never gave it back to me. It also gets very noisy at night, making it difficult to fall asleep!"

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."
