"The hotel was recently renovated and it was such a beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The king room i booked was not avaliable but the front desk offered me the king suite at no extra charge. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The property is the epitome of Texas hospitality. Casey at the desk is so helpful and he always has a smile on his face. I met a militance employee and you could tell he was genuinely kind. The entire staff is better than most 5-star hotels. It was so nice that we extended our trip. "

"Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable and unique. It was very quiet and relaxing stay. Over all a very beautiful place to stay, we would highly recommend. Wasn't a problem for us but it might be for some. Room doors are old European style doors and do not seal very good. Large opening around the bottoms, which could let in small critters. The doors let out a lot of AC in summer and I would imagine heat during the winter. "
