"We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in. The lady on reception was wonderful and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. We absolutely loved the breakfast options, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The fact Petousis had a lovely pool, that never felt too busy, but also was literally a 3 minute walk to a great beach with a fun beach bar. Location wise it was wonderful and despite only being there a few nights for a wedding taking place nearby, we enjoyed dining at their attached restaurant too- fabulous food, all at a really affordable price. Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive and the port of Heraklion was also worth visiting. Taxi's are really affordable to and from. Couldn't recommend more! We will be returning. "

"Third stay at this brilliant hotel. However, it's definitely getting more crowded, not overly so but more than in recent years. Understandably the cost of food and drink has gone up from 2023. But would still highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area."

"Absolutely wonderful - all the staff were really friendly and kind, the food was fantastic, everyone spoke v good English. Very clean. Massive meals - under-order! An absolutely beautiful pool and gorgeous views of the mountains, and a private little balcony on our room. Friendly cats visit during dinner (they go away if told). A brilliant experience."

"An exquisitely designed property in a charming town, near Heraklion. Although it's no fault of the hotel, GPS programs insist on directing you on tiny, steep lanes to bring you to and take you from the property. Highly recommended to not rely on GPS apps. This offers small town flavor near to Heraklion with plenty of tourist sites nearby, including Knossos. Breakfast was great. We had a few pre-season hiccups which the staff endeavored to solve. Same thing happened elsewhere. When things get busy, undoubtedly everything will go smoothly. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate innovative design."

"The White Blue Spa Villa was great for our family reunion (Grandparents, uncle/aunt and kids 6 & 10). Everyone had a private room and there were sufficient bathrooms for everyone to have their space. The host and owner of the house was incredibly gracious and helpful (the online communication with property manager prior to arrival was somewhat frustrating). When we wanted to have food delivered, the owner called the delivery service to explain where the house was - which is actually very hard to explain. We stayed at the house in February. It was initially hard to heat up the house to a point where everyone was comfortable until we cranked the heaters up to the maximum temperature. The house has also aged a bit since the pictures were taken."
