Located on the first floor of a secure building, this 27m2 apartment comprises a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with adjoining toilet.
Le Enzo features a shower room (sink unit, towel rail, shower, WC), a fully-equipped kitchen (small fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee-maker and all kitchen utensils), a dining area, a cosy sitting area and a separate bedroom with double bed (140x200). A wardrobe is available for storing your clothes. For medium and long stays, the apartment has a washing machine at your disposal, free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the apartment. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking good care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighborhood. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and obtain access codes to the accommodation.

Bus: Several bus routes serve the area, including routes 6, 13 and F1. They offer easy access to many points of interest, whether for leisure, work or study.
TEOR: The TEOR network (T1, T2, T3) is just a few minutes away and offers a fast, comfortable way to get around the Rouen metropolitan area.
Accessibility: Whether you want to explore Notre-Dame Cathedral, stroll through medieval streets, visit museums or enjoy the banks of the Seine, everything is accessible on foot or by public transport, making getting around easy and enjoyable.
## Notes
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4:00 pm and departures no later than 11:00 am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests are provided with household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen garbage can bag, bathroom garbage can bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. When you confirm your stay, you'll receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our special offers with promotional codes for our partners of choice, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
La cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes ...) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure everything runs smoothly and avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Observe all rules and regulations concerning opening hours and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (250€ deducted from the security deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (50€ deducted from the security deposit), that pets are forbidden (50€ deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
