Welcome to this charming 45m2 duplex apartment located 1 minute's walk from Place du Vieux Marché in the Rue du Vieux Palais in Rouen.
Le Jeanne à dit promises pleasant moments for solo travellers, couples, families or friends, with its magnificent, light-filled living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, shower room and duplex bedroom with dressing area.
Pass through the magnificent Norman-style courtyard and discover your duplex apartment on the 3rd and top floor. The living room has a sofa bed (120x190cm), a coffee table, a large television and WIFI.
The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Make the most of the dining table with seats for your meals or as a workspace.
In the shower room, you'll find a large vanity unit, shower, washing machine and WC, as well as cleaning products, ironing facilities (ironing board and iron), clothes rack and hairdryer.
From the living room, you can access the bedroom upstairs, which has a double bed (140*200) and a large dressing room. Portable air conditioning is also available.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

The Vieux-Marché district in Rouen is one of the city's most emblematic and historic areas, with its famous square, the Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc church and its Halles covered market. The area is bustling with cafés, brasseries and restaurants serving a wide range of cuisine, from Norman specialities to international dishes. The terraces of these establishments offer pleasant views over the square and are ideal for relaxing.
The often colourful half-timbered buildings and cobbled streets give the area a medieval feel. The historic houses and well-preserved buildings immerse visitors in the history of Rouen. The Place du Vieux-Marché regularly hosts cultural events, markets and festivals. This makes it a lively and dynamic place all year round.

It's easy to get around Rouen from the Place du Vieux Marché!
1. Bus: Several bus routes pass near the Place du Vieux Marché.
Lines like the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in and around Rouen.
2. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the Place du Vieux Marché. You can take line T1 or T2 from this station to other parts of the city.
3. Tram: Although the tram does not run directly through the Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 3rd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
