It’s a great location in the heart of Rouen and just 300 metres from the underground parking at Palais du Justice (Tip: the weekly ticket is good value). Although it's city centre the noise from traffic and people on the street was not a problem, even with the widows open at night (it was the hottest week of the year with daytime temperatures up to 32C), and there was no noise from any neighbours.
