"This hotel was perfect for access to the cruise port the next day. All staff were helpful and friendly, but one gal in particular deserves to be called out as she was exceptionally helpful in getting some smaller bills. She really went out of her way to do this for us. Sadly, I can't recall her name now, but she may remember me. Thanks, Hotel Bruno, for a fine stay."

"The facility was unusual. It was a bit obscure to find as there were no large signs as we are used to here in the states so we almost missed it. I found it a bit unusual to have to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The check in area was small and pretty crowded when we got there. The staff was amazing. So friendly and smiling all the time. I can't say enough about how great they all were! The breakfast was great! Very crowded but that is a great thing to see the hotel was servicing so many people. One of my biggest surprises was how small and compact the room was. It was sufficient but was very very small. The bathroom was beautiful but being on the first floor the drain did not drain very quickly. Over all I would stay there again but I would be prepared for the small room and possible business at the counter. I would like to have been able to give it 4.5 stars!"

"Our room was spacious and so comfortable. We had a nice corner room. We had spent several days before in a very small, historic hotel in another town. We tripped over our luggage or furniture constantly. This room had so much space. The kettle and tea were a nice touch."

"VERY CLEAN AND WELL -MAINTAINED HOTEL!!! Hotel personnel were very helpful and always there to help!!! Food was very good and available!!! Fitness room was well maintained and very clean!!! Hotel is very close to shopping center…actually right down the street!!! Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all!!!"

"This is very much a self service hotel. No front desk. Very little staff. But it worked out well. Excellent location right by a metro station. Waiting area with bag storage worked well. Since this was a work trip, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was a good value."

"Last time I was in Rotterdam, I stayed in a hotel that cost 3 x as much, and I enjoyed my stay here much more, it is quirky but great for one or two nights, the bed was really comfortable, the shower was lovely. There is no TV in the room nor outside window should that matter to you....normally not being able to open a window is a pain point for me as I hate air con, but it was no problem and I slept really well. Very close to the train station, I plan on staying here again when I am next in town."
