"Der Aufenthalt hätte gut werden können. Leider gab es gleich zu Beginn eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel konnte uns als gebuchte Gäste kein Essen zum Abend anbieten. Es wären keine Plätze mehr frei. Okay. Kann man so oder so sehen. Auf Nachfragen nach zumindest einer Portionen Pommes zum mitnehmen wurde nur hämisch gelacht und vereint. Nach einer Anstrengenden Tageswanderung in einem kleinen Ort ohne öffentlichen Nahverkehr am Sonntag waren wir froh, in der anderen Gaststätte sehr freundlich...

"Excellent breakfast, and free bottled still & sparkling water available at all times. The names of the rooms are very misleading. We booked a superior twin room. We questioned whether indeed we had been allocated the correct room, and were told that we had.The room was very small and no tea & coffee making facilities. A very basic room. However. it had a good size bathroom with a nice walk in shower. It also had a small balcony with 1 chair. We enquired about the next category up - "Privilege" room for our next stay in Hameln. This is a bigger room & does include tea & coffee and bathrobes. But alot more expensive. If you don't mind a smallish room and don't think "superior" just normal, this hotel is located conveniently in walking distance of the town (through the park). And to reiterate the breakfast is really good and the free supply of drinking water was very much appreciated. Especially as we stayed during a heatwave >38°. NB There isn't any air-conditioning in the hotel. But very few hotels in Hameln have air-conditioning. The breakfast staff were excellent and friendly and the majority of the receptionists were friendly. But one of the younger female receptions was quite surly. We didn't see or use the sauna or swimming pool."

"Lovely hotel in a central but quiet location in the town centre. The room and the hotel were well equipped and maintained, all staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly, which we were unaware of. We will be back with our dog, who stayed at home this time."

"Nice little hotel. The rooms are comfortable and efficient. The man working the front desk was very courteous and helpful. He brought breakfast back out because it ended very early and we didn’t know. The check in process is difficult because they don’t have someone working the desk in the evening. We had difficulty reaching their phone number. When Expedia contacted them we got the room number from them. Just get the room number in advance."
